The jalasura is transformed as water to flow through the god’s feet in the cave from hundreds of years as it’s named as jharana Narasimha swami temple. In this cave there is shivalangam. This temple is also called as jarani Narasimha swami temple, Narasimha zarani temple, temple Narasimha jharana. This is also referred to as the second Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam.
